Launchpad Developers, Inc. ("Launchpad," "we," "us," or "our"), a West Virginia corporation, operates ChronoForge, a cloud-based time-tracking platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Service. By using ChronoForge, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). We also record the date and time you accepted our Terms of Service.
Usage Data
We collect data you enter into the Service, including time entries, project names, task descriptions, and other content you create. We also collect log data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to help us operate and improve the Service.
Billing Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment card data on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited billing details such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address for display purposes.
Communications
When you contact us or when we send you transactional emails (such as signup confirmations, password resets, or billing receipts), we process your email address and the contents of those communications. Transactional email is sent via SendGrid, Inc. (and/or Brevo SAS where applicable).
We are not responsible for delays or failures in email delivery caused by recipient mail server configurations, mailbox provisioning delays, or third-party filtering systems.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Process your subscription payments and manage your billing

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment card data under their own Privacy Policy and is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Microsoft Azure — Cloud hosting and data storage. Our application and databases run on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Data is stored in Azure data centers with industry-standard security controls. Data is primarily stored in United States-based Azure data centers unless otherwise specified.
- SendGrid, Inc. — Transactional email delivery. We use SendGrid (and/or Brevo SAS where applicable) to send account and billing-related emails.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Launchpad, our users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After you cancel your subscription or close your account, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for re-activation or dispute resolution, after which we delete or anonymize it.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time after account closure by contacting us at hello@launchpaddevs.com. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — Request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Restriction — Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Objection — Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Transfers of personal data outside the EEA (for example, to Microsoft Azure US regions or Stripe in the United States) are made using appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. 9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for data stored in Azure
- Role-based access controls limiting who can access your organization's data
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
- Passwords stored using secure one-way cryptographic hashing

10. Children
The Service is not intended for or directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
